Based on the conceptual design from previous consultancy, we carry out work necessary works to prepare the RFP documentation (“Request for Proposal”).

With this information, the pre-selected suppliers will be able to make their technical, functional and economic proposals adjusting to the needs of the project. We coordinate the activities of the tender phase; we carry out comparative analysis of the offers and we advise our clients in the negotiation and definition of the contractual conditions.
